hi guys! after much toying with the idea of what to do with my second geep my dad has now decided he wants to do somethin with it rather than sellin it!! (damn him!! i wanted a sami in its place)
so......we're looking for a dash...weather a jago, escort or a half decent home made job....what ever!
also looking for a roll cage! it has a home made 6point cage in it at the moment but looks really riff and made bloody terribly! nothing is straight! so he wants a decent jago one!!
anybody got anythin please get in touch!

oh also! im after a set of proper jago side steps if anybody has any kicking about!!

Cheers

Mal

I got both sides you can borrow, if you want to make copies. Let me know how we can sort it out.
Although i need the roll cage, that could be copied aswell, but dont know how we could sort that

Check this one out with Chris Kilford - side steps.

I had a pack from him a few years back with the dimensions on to make my own side steps - he may still have the required info.

If it`s any help to anybody, I have a 12 ton pipe bender that easily bends THICK walled tubing ie; scaffold pipe etc.

I should still have the diagram in my file for the steps.
If any of you want a copy send me an e-mail of your postal address and I will get it sent out.
When I get chance I will put it on the tech site as well.

Just looked and I have the diagram for the drivers side step.
So good news there after all the passenger one will just be a mirror version (so you can either figure it out or in theory I should be able to make a similar one for the passenger side when making copies)
Also have tow bar making info, swinging spare wheel carrier info, strur brace info and xflow to OHC mount adaption for when using the RS2000 engine mounts.

Must try to find the time to get them all on the tech web at some point.

For those living near Eskimo Nell, Pingu and Fr Christmas we also have a pipe bending machine- probably not as man size as Adys and works best on seamless tubing

Addy - if you start making steps I'll buy a pair. Suffolk may be a long way from Birmingham - but it is a stone's throw compared to the distance from Cornwall to Suffolk.

If somebody in the know would like to email (or snailmail) me a set of dimensions I`d have a go at producing some. I will say my welding is of the "bird dropping" but still decently strong. Concours is not a word in my vocabulary........I prefer workman like. Anyway, send me diagrams or whatever and well go from there.
