It seems the Steamer Trading Company is closing its shops, some of which will become Procook shops. They're currently give 20% off marked prices, so I was able to pick up one of these for £12. https://www.procook.co.uk/product/procook-gourmet-...

Surprising good for the money. Other knives and complete sets also available. Well worth a look.

Yep, they're great for the money, I have an X50 Santoku. I was going to say avoid the wood handle knives (mine is spliting slightly from washing, but bound to happen with any I suppose), they're using a wood resin now.

They seem to sell most things at the discounted price pretty regularly, also the prices will be the same if you buy from them via Amazon.

The 20% off the discounted price offer is now finished, but they are still 1/2 price, which is the same as the Procook website. I've found that the X30 range works particularly well for me as they have large handles which are high enough to avoid bashing my knuckles on the chopping board when I'm cutting.

I've just bought a set, which saved a huge amount on the individual prices, and Iwas able to negotiate a cracking deal.
