Customise Monaco ideas

After Monaco and even during it there was alot of talk about making it more interesting or a different format.
Currently the commentators are talking again about different formats.
My own idea would be qualifying as normal.
Then some sort of support race then "the Monaco hotlap"
Drivers get 1 set of the softest tyres but have to go out in qaulifying order. Outlap-Hotlap-Inlap from 1st to 20th. Meaning as each driver goes out the track gets quicker but we should see some billy big balls efforts for one hotlap.
Points for this aswell I guess could be changed about but my own system would be 21,17,14,12,11,10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1
15 positions get points so you do have to go for it but also there is some achievement to getting points giving someone who really takes a risk a chance of some decent points.
