ACO website - E-tickets

Ordered 3 general admission tickets earlier on ACO website, like I do every year now. However, this year they've took my money via credit card and emailed me a receipt but the order and e-ticket link hasn't appeared on my account. Has anyone else had problems recently? Will they appear at some point or are they lost floating on the web forever?
Emailed the ticket office back but only received an auto response so far saying they'll only reply to emails about the 24 hour race, hopefully they'll get back to me soon as leaving the early hours of Monday and need to print them out

SORTED NOW!
They've appeared an hour and 40 minutes after I paid for them. Will leave this up as it might be helpful for others to know that a delay between paying and receiving the e-ticket link can happen

Was thinking I might have to phone but then an email with a link to the tickets finally popped up

Well we will be there as usual, easy to spot Vince's red gazebo, we will be next to him look out for a big coleman shelter and my green jag xe this time. My daughter should be there by now but we arrive tuesday.

Leaving at 4am Monday with the usual Swift Royale motorhome with flag / satellite pole attached to the back storage box. One of my mates with us has a newer T5 VW camper now instead of the older T4 but it's in a similar metallic grey colour.

I've been trying since Monday to buy tickets on the LEMANS.org website, but I clink on the General Entrance ticket and get, 504 Gateway Time-out
The server didn't respond in time.
