I'm hoping someone can help, I recently sold a wheel on Ebay and I usually use Shuttle as they seem to have the best rates.

However this time when I pressed "Print postage label" I was redirected to Royal Mail

Googling doesn't find similar posts so I presume Shuttle must still be an option

I've checked on laptop and mobile and I've ticked "other courier" as my postage option

So what am I doing wrong ?

You are still going via Shutl as Shutl offer slightly reduced Royal mail prices
But I think I get your point
So are saying is you don't have any options appear if you click on the left section e bay delivery powered by Shutl section on the left as in the attached picture ? ie you DON'T get any drop down options ?

That's the page I used to get - with the two tabs.

But no it directed straight to the RM page.

I assumed I'd set the postage to "1st Class" but I hadn't

I have just sold another item and it's gone back to the above, they were all sold from the same template confused

Sorry, do you mean on the second item its giving you the courier options?

I looked up the prohibited list here:
https://support.shutl.com/hc/en-gb/articles/360001...

And wheels are mentioned but in the context of size and weight rather than a blanket - we don't allow them

Sometimes Shuttl doesn't appear if they can't support the size/weight of the parcel. IME anyway

I tried going through them to post something off EBay. Went through all of it only to find Post Office couldn’t accept and scan the sodding label it generated. Waste of sodding time...

Yes - it's returned to normal

This is another wheel

As no one else seems to have had the problem and it's "fixed" itself I suppose it must have just been a temporary glitch
