Starfield is next for them, that's not even been given a release date yet, so I'd expect that in 2020-21
Then Elder Scrolls 6, which is not expected "any time soon" in their words, so I'd guess at 2022-23
Fallout 5 is a looooooong way off. I'd be guessing at 2024-25 (which sounds like a crazy futuristic date).

IIRC, Fallout 5 didn't do as well as Bethesda were expecting given how much it cost.
As others have stated Bethesda currently have other projects going on, there was 8 years between the release of Fallout 3 and Fallout 4, Fallout 4 isn't even 4 years old yet. Fallout New Vegas was made by Obsidian and judging by posts by Obsidian's Chris Avellone, the parting between Obsidian and Bethesda was less than amicable, so sadly I don't think we're going to get another Obsidian Fallout game.

Not played 4 but looking for 5? Bit greedy 
4 is pretty damn good IMHO - now you can build settlements etc which is quite good, with a trophy cabinet - on a previous run through I also had a "Power Armour" display- all lit up etc with various collected kits....
