Just seen [url]this|http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/wales/north_east/4578705.stm[/url] on the BBC website, makes no mention of how much drivers have had to pay in extra insurance costs and how they may reclaim them. What about if those 3 points had cost you your licence and subsequantly your job!!! I can see some big payouts coming peoples way. I am not condoning speeding but this will open a big can of worms!!

At least Arrive Alive are going to the trouble of contacting the drivers.
IIRC in previous similar cases the Partnerships have waited for drivers to contact them.

Can these bunch of scum thieves now please re-imburse those people whose lives theyve taken, due to their incompetence, wilful deception and inaction with due regard to the TRUE causes of road accidents?
