Banned from climate change (politics) thread.

Hi mods.

I’ve been banned (as I’m sure you know) from the climate change politics thread. I pointed out a poster had plagiarised an article from a science blog and tried to pass it off as his own work.

He called me a liar (amongst other things) and so I provided the evidence showing the sections he’d copied.

He then reported me and I got banned but he’s still posting after breaking rules regarding abusive language and endlessly click and pasting from articles.

I accept that I probably shouldn’t have brought it up again but it was pretty dishonest behaviour in my view.

Another poster said he was reporting me because I pointed out he was a returning banned poster.

Seems a bit unfair that people can blatantly plagiarise articles and lie or create new accounts after being banned but I get banned for pointing it out.

No, Poster A said he was reporting me for saying he was a returning banned poster.

Poster B reported me for saying he’d plagiarised an article (repeatedly) and me providing evidence after he called me a liar.

Anyway I just tried to log on and was somehow blocked from the entire site and thought I’d been banned completely.

So maybe I ought to just shut up. Anyway their site their rules etc
