Can anyone help? My Griffs been on trickle charge over the winter months and have experiance no problems, however started it last week no problem, went to take it out yesterday, battery completly flat. Reconnected the trickle charger but battery still flat this morning. Any thoughts?

Check you have fully closed the doors. Even if the internal light is off the relay will still drain the battery over a couple of days.

Same thing happened to me last year - battery was knackered. It seems to be capable of a couple of usage cycles then degrades catastrophically one night...

must be the time of year cos i have just returned from Westovers having exchanged doughnuts ( plus a little cash ) for a nice new battery

btw it's buggered shot defunct deceased finished chuck it out and get a new one in as there is little more emberassing than sitting outside your mnates house with a dead battery....
