Hi
I' wondering if anyone had any recommendations, I'm hoping to move to more electronic forms within our business and as such would like a means of making fillable pdf documents (with tick boxes for several aspects) than can be electronically signed and emailed back

Would you have any recommendations for a cost effective methods?

Thanks

Canute

I use a service called Docsketch for this, but there are a few others out there depending on features and budget

I have been trying to go digital myself for my business (property lettings). I found adobe acrobat fairly good for form creation, you can import an excel file for example and it automatically creates the fillable boxes if the cell has a border round it.

The tenants can then sign the screen of my tablet for stuff that requires a signature when doing the check in and the signature locks the contents of the boxes too so turns it into read only. I use it for application forms, tenancy agreements and inventory in and out. They then get emailed a read only copy of everything.

Docusign is usually the go-to answer for this it's something like £20/month for unlimited number of documents. I think they do a cheaper plan but it is limited to a really small number of documents per month.
