I used to have a minivan, was my 1st car. Was a bit too rusty to have all that power though:

Hi Dan the Man, Hows yer doing?
Whats this I hear you are flogging your Mon?
Funny that, my 1st car was a 1966 850 Minivan which I bought off an old Fruit and Veg trader in Swiss Cottage!! cost me 60 quid and it only had 1st and 3rd gear!!!! (loose gear shift knuckle joint on top of the diff housing.

Hi Dave, yeah it's reluctantly for sale but only to make way for my baby daughter but I'm tempted to store it for a year and get a runnaround, have to see what the financial situation looks like.

Mine was an 850 too, used to be a coal van so was full of the black stuff and cost me a few quid more than yours at £250. I had a similair gear issue as the rubber hangers perished and the whole lever fell out of the bottom of the tunnel. Loads of fun !!

Yeah, Dan, I went on to have 4 minis - such a lot of fun! And you could run em for buttons. built some quite interesting engines for them over the years.
Definitely store your mon, it'll be there waiting when you need it!!
I'm getting the Picador/Wortec remap done in 2wks, with headers, bigbore pipe and CAI. Will let you know how it goes. I also now have EFI Live Flashscan for PCM scanning and reprogramming. Awesome!
Cheers for now,
