Incorrect Street Spelling on NIP & Other issues

Apologies in advance if this has been covered somewhere previously, but here goes:
I recently got a NIP for 'Cause unnecessary obstruction by motor vehicle/trailer outside of Greater London area contrary to regulation 103...'
I responded to the NIP confirming that is my car and registration etc, and I have been offered the offer of settling it for £30 fine or go to court. I feel like just paying the fine and getting it done with, but this really irking me!
Here is my issue with it:
1. I have not been provided with no evidence of what I have done and I honestly can't remember where I parked etc. as the NIP arrived 10 days after the alleged incident. I have no issue if I am in the wrong, but I had no proof against me whatsoever! no photo has been provided, nor was there a ticket on the windscreen etc.
2. On the offer letter, there is a direct dial phone number to contact. When you ring this number it just keeps looping in circles, press 0 for the operator, over and over and over etc, so can't speak to anyone!
3. There are 2 different twitter handles on the offer letter, I have tweeted more than once with a photo of the phone number which doesn't go through, and no response!

4. The street address for the alleged incident is spelled incorrectly on the NIP and the offer form, It is spelt 'Fiunk Street' instead of Frank Street. 40% of the name of the street is spelt incorrectly!
There's quite a bit not right above this, and shows the incompetence of the dimwit police and their communication systems!
I'm always up for a fight and feel like challenging this, what do you think?

If the fine is £30, then surely this is just a parking fine and not a NIP, 
and therefore you should be able to see any photo or CCTV images.
