Not sure if this is just offspring of immigrant parent's first world problems:

Parents want me to look after their broadband account. They don't understand the various packages available various speeds contemporary speeds. Don't have emails, don't liked to be cold called - they don't bother answering the phone to unknown numbers.

Just wondering how others sort this out.

All the big companies are setup to handle people who have no clue what they are doing. Going by stats, ~12M people over 65 have the internet, so I think they'd be just fine.

Tell them data protection doesn't allow you to do it.

We signed MIL up to plus net, we're named on the account so look after everything. (which isn't much tbh)
