(Thanks Adam)...I believe it to be called a "Waist trim" there are a few to try, I couldnt find a definitive, did you need chrome or rubber?...

Having used this stuff before it’s as close to original as I’ve found. A tad wider, but comes with an adhesive back which is helpful. Also plain or chrome insert. As someone else mentioned it’s more of an edge trim vs wheel shield for the glass

Plus it is actually called a "Waist seal"...but hey...good ole TVR, looks like its wheel arch rubber for the top of the doors...why didnt I think of that...
