After 20 years of ownership (and very slow restoration) car going for respray next week, turning attention to exterior refit.
Does anyone know where the 'outer' door glass trim which runs along the top of the door and seems (in the past) to have had a chrome insert was from?

(Thanks Adam)...I believe it to be called a "Waist trim" there are a few to try, I couldnt find a definitive, did you need chrome or rubber?...
Have a look here...

Or even here...

Zig I'm disappointed! it's more of a plastic trim rather than rubber weatherstrip.

There's also a particular profile to it.

Having used this stuff before it’s as close to original as I’ve found. A tad wider, but comes with an adhesive back which is helpful. Also plain or chrome insert. As someone else mentioned it’s more of an edge trim vs wheel shield for the glass
