In a moment of madness today I tried this Imperial Leather Cherry Bakewell soap because I didn’t have anything manly like Lynx that I could pull the birds/fathers with this Father’s Day.
I didn’t think much of it but I now smell sickeningly of a [really] strong smell of Cherry Bakewells. It is now attracting weird looks from friends and family. However I can’t take another shower because the only other soap smells of orchids and I can’t be seen smelling of orchids either as it is repulsive to the opposite sex. Any ideas on how to explain my strong smell of this pastry treat? What pick up lines do I use at the pub? Do I talk about British Leyland?

Give over, your'e making me hungry. I've spent the night watching Le Mans on the TV and the thought of a Cherry Bakewell sounds very appetising.

Get some Disaronno and mix it with cranberry juice, tastes just like a cherry bakewell tart with the added bonus of alcohol thumbup

Who the hell is Cherry Bakewell?

It's not one of these Love Island characters, is it?

God I hate that stupid show.
Personally I like telling myself and friends/colleagues I am an intellectual because I enjoy a Horlicks and a bit of Louis Theroux or That Mitchell and Webb Look on the telly, rather than Love Island or worse...I’m A Celebrity (shudder)

A bit too girly for me, all that lavender oil in it. Wish the Mrs would wear some though.

The added PTFE was designed to reduce friction, wear and energy consumption on components, improving operating efficiency on application. The final piece of the development process was the inclusion of real lavender oil which gave GT85® the pleasant fragrance that has since become distinguishable amongst users.
Creosote also makes for a nice refreshing aftershave.

I used some of that Cherry Bakewell showergel recently, left in the bathroom by the other half, it really is foul innit, who wants to smell of pastry!
