Can anyone identify these two brackets?

Look similar to the two brackets underneath the oil cooler on my 390SE, but suspect they are from elsewhere.

Are they the brackets that hold the under side of the sill on a 350

My car is a 350 so not the oil cooler
The sills (although not on the car) from memory have small brackets to take up any gap and were riveted to the floor
Just can't think were there would be two identical brackets used, quite thick metal?

Alternative headlamp adjuster plate - the holes are slotted for adjustment. Might have had a bit of rubber stuck to them for the headlamp bump stop?

The ones I mean are under the car and hold the sill underneath 2 on each cill
