This is probably nothing but wanted to double check. Since my bike had a major service rolleyes I am getting some noises from the front brake I didn't have before.

Occasionally when I am stopping just before I stop I hear a click from the brake, it's fairly loud.
Occasionally when I am stopping just before I stop (or when braking at low speed) I get a squeak from the brake.
Occasionally when going around a bend at low speed, slow enough that you're turning into the bend and no counter steering I get a weird vibration through the handlebars.

There seems to be enough pad on, about 2 - 3mm on each pad

Now my assumption is it's just the brake pad moving slightly and nothing to worry about but just wanted to check. They didn't change the brakes when the bike was serviced as the pads were fine, I doubt they even took them off tbh so the timing might just be a coincidence.

Edit: The bikes a 2015 Honda CBR650F that's done just over 20k miles if that makes a difference.

I agree, the rumbling when turning is classic wheel bearing.

I'd still have a good look at the front caliper too though, have the sliders cleaned, re-greased, inspect seals etc.

It's probably worth cleaning the brake disc spindles to make sure they move freely but the vibration does suggest wheel bearings. Take the wheel off and see if they turn freely.

Yeah i'd forgotten about that, giving the "bobbins" a good clean and rotate, would be sensible.
