fabricator and welder in/near Redditch

Just bought a 1996 Winnebago and the battery tray needs replacing. It sits at the front behind the grill so it gets wet when it rains. Also when it rains the access cover above the batteries allows water to drop onto the battery tray, hence it is now really rusty and not in a great state - i gave it a prod yesterday and it flexes. Given there are 3 batteries on it, probably weighing 50+kg, I want to get it cut out, redesigned slightly so it is supported at the front, and welded in place. So I need a fabricator who can make a new tray and a welder who can attach it. Ideally mobile so I don't have to drive it anywhere as its 28 foot long and 8.5ft wide. Need it doing in the next 2-4 weeks before we go to Silverstone Classic for the weekend.
