Goodbye to the best car I ever owned.:(

Tonight Malcolm and Sam (very nice people!)drove away in my (their)GTS-R and it dawned on me just what a fantastic car it has been.Fun,rare,practical and reliable, I had a strange feeling along the lines of "Bugga" when it disapeared from view. I'd like to thank everyone for making this such a friendly forum (lets forget a few recent exceptions) and also thank especially UKHSV,V8HSV and EHROB for their praise of my car at various times.Hopefully I'm still going to get to the odd meet and maybe catch some of you for a beer at Goodwood, although if I do manage to get a Noble will I still be able to talk to any of you as I'll be a couple of cylinders short!?
Enjoy your cars everyone (safely)wether it be CV8,VXR,,GTS,GTS-R,Vauxhall,Holden or HSV and I'll always regret not getting to be a passenger in V8HSV or Pomana's beasts.
Hope I'm still alright to lurk here,

Don't stray too far, always welcome here & one day when I say mine is sorted you will be offered a ride. Hope the Noble works out for you. Maybe in 2007 you might want to buy a 4-door VXR by Vauxhall.

Had to get an estate for work so after 3+1/2 years of being without a two seater (but fantastic HSV ownership instead)it might be time to join the Nobility, although some of the maintenaince stories are a bit scary!
