I'm watching telly, and an advert comes on, which says, in black and white, "If a Nationwide member recommends a current account to a friend, you both get £100 when they switch."

Well I guess it might have happened at least a dozen times so far, and as yet, I've not seen a penny.

Do I go direct to Nationwide, or the ASA?
