Autodim rear view mirror

[R129 300SL]

Does anybody with a 2005 DB9 have an auto dimming rear view mirror?

Want to know if it is possible to retrofit one? In particular if the wiring is in place?

Thanks

As far as I can make out, they were an option from 6.5MY. Possibly easiest just to check behind the reading lamp pod behind the mirror to see if there is a free connector?
