I'm taking the wedge down to Curborough from Leeds on the 9th June. There will be ten cars there and we are going to have a lot of fun hooning round the circuit all day. I have a spare seat so I wondered if anyone would like to join me.
I'm up for letting whoever comes along behind the wheel of my car on a "you bend it, you mend it" basis so please only apply if you have a licence, some experience, and some wonga :)
The costs would be £20 each for the use of the track, and about the same for some fuel.

None needed, there will only be one car on the circuit at any one time. Which is why I thought it'd be fun to take another driver, so we can compare times.
Hopefully it won't get so competitive that one of us offs it.
My car is presently in a very soft state of tune, so it should be easy for someone else to quickly get used to it's (lack of) power characteristics.

Nick: I believe there are a couple of places still available, how about bringing your car along? I was hoping to find someone nearer me to share conversation and costs with on the motorway.

Nick: if you are serious about taking the day off then the place is yours if you want it. Or if someone wants to come with me from oop north you could meet us there and have a blat in my wedge anyway. I'm sure Rob the organiser wouldn't mind that. I'll want a break after driving down there anyway.

Thats a very kind offer tallbloke, i'm going to see if i can wangle a day off work although i'll warn you now i am both a tall and a fat bloke
