Mrs Ms X3 will be going back in a few weeks time, does anyone have any experience of what they’re like with scuffs on the alloys? (She’s got one or two) 😢
It depends on the lease company, generally manufacturer’s in house FS are more lenient than the likes of arval etc. However I would imagine the penalty will be the same if not quite a bit less than getting it sorted yourself.
A few minor scuffs are no problem, but anything unsightly or chipped expect a charge. I did have an E Class contact hire which was a Mercedes car, they were bloody anal, I had the one wheel refinished myself
I had this from Alphabet for a BMW returned a couple of years ago...it might have changed a bit but will give you an idea. It does cover things that are outside fair wear and tear, so check what’s acceptable first...
