Any recommendations for brokers who would look kindly on my 78 year old father in law for his 300cc Scooter?

Based north London and obviously limited mileage......

I know I sound like a salesman or a rep for Peter James insurance but that's who my dad insures his Deauville through and dad's 78 (I think).
