Hi everyone,

I'm looking at getting my silver 991.2 gt3 wrapped in a new colour at Dub Customs as they seem to have a good reputation as well as the cost a bit lower than Yiannise. However, after looking at the procedure and taking all the panels off I must admit I'm rather nervous about them firstly putting any dings or scratches on the interior décor panels etc, and secondly whether they fit everything back OK. Would the gaps be even, new little rattles etc? Any help or advise would be great,

Cheers.

Creaks and rattles are to be expected. When you come to take it off expect some peeling paint in places too - avoid!

the bumpers and lights are designed to be easy to take off, OPC do it at every service to even get to the air filter !.

It's a non issues imo, I have taken my bumpers off and lights out myself.

as for wraps though, I don't like them, the new paint wraps look cool though if you want a bespoke colour. but you are over £6k for those.

Wraps and warranty:

"The vehicle must be treated according to the “Vehicle Care Instructions” in your Driver's Manual to maintain the paint and long-term warranty.

Any products applied to your vehicle need to be Porsche Approved and applied to the Porsche standard to not impact your warranty, for further information on this matter the Service department of your local centre would be able to advise you.

The Service department can advise you regarding the potential protection coats that could be applied and can answer any further questions you may have regarding this.

Thank you for contacting Porsche Cars Great Britain.
