Morning All,

This week rightly or wrongly I took an internal promotion which will at some point involve relocating to London (I may try commuting for a while but 2 hours each way may be a stretch for the long term).

Despite a pay rise ultimately I'll be financially worse off due to the higher cost of travel and/or living costs. I'm doing it for long term career gains (hopefully).

Anyway, currently living in Staffordshire I have the luxury of a reasonable gym for £200 a month and I supplement this with Caveman training 2-3 times a week (at a mere £3 a session).

I really enjoy the Caveman training/HIIT and I'm really going to miss it. I was wondering if anyone knew of any decent HIIT/Bootcamp type gyms etc in London (Ideally central or West London) that are reasonably priced?

I've tried Barry's Bootcamp a number of times in the past and whilst it is very good, at ~£20 a session i think it is too expensive to do more than a few times a month, it's possible to get it down towards £16 a session buy buying packages but it's still very costly!

Any suggestions much appreciated.

Tell me about it!

I don't mind paying £10-15 a session (although it is still a huge jump from my current costs) but £20 a session just seems daft, even once a week would be costing me £80 a month, I currently go 2-3 times a week.

If it wasn't for the fact that my girlfriend lives in London then I suspect I'd probably not have taken the promotion as I have a nice balance of Work/LIfe at the moment, but decided the long distance element of our relationship needed to change.

Why not do it yourself? Plenty of open spaces for body weight / sprinting exercises
