Exhibition Company needed in Bristol...

I'm at a big event on the 12th June and need some help/advice.

Malcolm, I have mailed you, but I thought I'd post it here if anybody else can help...

The scenario is this:

On the 12th June, I'm exhibiting at the Bristol Car Show on the Downs. In return for running plugs over the tannoy on the day, I've agreed to help raise some money for the associated charity - Barnardos.

What I am doing is basically ringfencing the Murci, Sagaris & 360 off and asking people to donate some change to Barnados in return to come closer and have a good nose in the cars and have their photo taken in it which will be later posted on a website for them to download.

Because it's a good cause, I'm hoping people will happily give for a photo in a flash car...

To create is fairly professional looking setup, I'd ideally like to get hold of somekind of "platform" or floor to be laid down under the cars (as opposed to just being on a big field). I also realised that I actually need to get hold the "queue management" barrier things you find in hotels, shops, post office to surround the cars. I've looked into buying these but, I'm easily looking at £1200 for them!

I did want to erect a nice background for the cars, but again, it's bloody expensive...

Was just open to suggestions, otherwise it's a trip to B&Q over the weekend for four wooden poles and some ribbon!
