Half a day wheel refurb
Discussion
So i'm giving one of my wheels to a wheel/body repair shop to refurbish the below chips/scuffs.
They haven't seen the wheel yet but have said they will only need me to bring the one wheel (and not the car due to space) and they will be spraying not powdercoating, so to match the other wheels as they presume the wheels are the factory colour.
My question is, they said they will only need the wheel for half a day and then it'll be ready again to collect, which struck me as a bit odd. Is this time frame anything to worry about regarding the quality of the finished job or does it seem normal? Another company has said it'll take 3 days which i thought was more normal?
thanks

Even if they're not perfect factory colour, they have your damaged wheel to match the paint to.They haven't seen the wheel yet but have said they will only need me to bring the one wheel (and not the car due to space) and they will be spraying not powdercoating, so to match the other wheels as they presume the wheels are the factory colour.
