Steering Joint Cover Location???

Hi, could some show me pictures of where this is installed on the steering rack? For all the pictures I took in my strip down I can’t seem to see it nor in my Steve Heath bible...

Is it just a dust cover slipped over the input spline?

That"s right, it goes on before the lower u/j.
