Engine mountings

Just after a second opinion 92 Griff changing engine mounting is it worth fitting uprated ones ? O\E parts been on for twenty six years fitting new manifolds so thought it's worthwhile.

If you can get hold of the genuine Metzler mounts, these are the best.

I believe the others you can buy are generic pattern parts and don’t last as long.

I believe SC power do upgraded ones.

I recently fitted the Powers ones to my 1992 Griffith as the originals were rock hard. They were a good fit, and I used the original spacers too. No clearance issues, and you could feel the improvement.
