Astra 1.7 cdti error code 023456

Hi,
I have a diesel Astra 1.7 cdti 55 plate. It's losing power going up hill, however on the flat it's fine. There no abnormal noise or smell coming from it, and when I've done the pedal test it comes up with this error code. Has anyone had any similar issues? From googling the error code it's pointing towards turbo. Is this a costly fix? I'm swinging it by my garage tomorrow but thought I'd post for a bit of advice beforehand. Going on the flat it still reaches 70 very easily, however uphill it won't go above 40.
