Before I bought my V8S earlier this year there were a few I looked at or enquired about. I've been wondering if anyone here bought them, and how things are going...

Grey V8S from Fernhurst (I think V8Oatz bought that).

Black V8S from Fernhurst (for sale at the same time as the grey one).

Green V8S from Fernhurst(the one with the seats and gearbox needing attention)

Silver V8S from someone near Prestwick in Scotland.

Green V8S from a private seller in Guldford.

White V8S from Jersey (requiring plenty of TLC).

Metallic Burgundy V8S from someone in Devon.

And Mrs BlueCerbera - how is your V8s going? - we haven't seen too much of you on the "S" forum.

I bought mine around the same time of Pistonheads (private sale)
I remember I was tring to arrange a look at the v8S in Guildford, but found "the one" beforehand.

I'm still here !!! Absolutely love the car, having lots of fun in it and she goes like a dream.

Having said that, there was a bit of an 'incident' this week (not my fault, I was miles away at the time) which I'm absolutely gutted about, but hopefully it will be sorted soon. I daren't say anymore, wouldn't want to fall foul of the naming and shaming rules

The metallic burgundy S down in Devon was apparently sold back to its previous owner, who is a PHer, but I've never seen him on this forum. The silver one up in Scotland was sold the weekend I bought mine (which made my decision-making easier !), not sure about any of the others.

Yup - that's my car! Lots of smiley miles planned over next few days: trip to Salisbury tomorrow, then over to IOW on Sat for the weekend. Even though I'll be on the road tomorrow at the (too) early time of 6:00am I can't help but look forward to it!

Best time for it, when the roads are nice and clear!
