Can be 2/4 seater

Looking for something reliable but fun and fast. (no Mx5s)

Cheers. Not a fan of the 350z.
They're 370Z's not 350Z's, very different looks & in terms of driving too.

More of a GT than sports car but.... an SLK of some flavour is a good shout if you can live with the GT compromise

GT86 if "fast" isn't too big a deal?

You'll get a very nice one for £15k from a main dealer with a proper warranty.

How much you are willing to spend per year running it is something to consider.

Then decide if you want something raw or comfortable, and then go from there.

I currently drive a VX220 Turbo and its immense.

But for 10k miles a year I agree above with the 987S Boxster as a good option.

Or what about an S2000?
911s in that price range?
Audi TTS?
Cayman?

Good question. I'm willing to take some bills over 24 months. I'd prefer 'up to' Porsche type rather than Bentley/Aston Martin if that makes sense.
