Ealing Council PCN issue

I have an issue with PCN notice issued by Ealing Council. Here are the details;

- PCN Issued on 8th May (car was on yellow box junction)
- Letter received by post on 9th May
- £65 payment made on 9th May ( i have a screen shot of a payment confirmation with ref but i never received any email confirmation saying i have made the payment. Online portal doesn't ask for the email address when making a payment which is odd)
- Payment left my bank account on 10th May (showing up on my bank statement)

I received a letter on 24th June from Ealing council saying £65 payment was received after 14 days of PCN issue date which was 8th May so i need to pay £130 more.

I have put the online complain on 25th June saying i have already made the payment. I attached the screen shot image which i took after making a payment but there is no date on it. I have also attached the small print from my bank statment showing payment left on 10th May.

I believe there is a serious issue with their system. I am not willing to pay £130 more as i made the payment with 14 days. I asked my bank today if i can get more details on the payment i made to Ealing council on 9th May. They gave me a print out with some transaction details, don't know if i need to send this because i have already put the complain.

Anyone else had the same issue in the past?
