Marks in ppf after a hot Euro tour

Hi chaps

Hoping for some advice.
A friend and I drove down to the dolomites and back. We didn’t wash our cars while away and have the same issue
Our ppf has small marks left in them by bugs being left on the car in the sun apparently

Any ideas on how to remove these ?
Polish then ceramic coating ?
