Bottle Cap Challenge - Spot the fail

So this new fad challenge is doing the rounds where people try to spin the bottle top off with a kick, Ellie Goulding is being praised as the latest celebrity to achieve it. I think she's failed though, can anyone else spot why?

I don't think they are screwed down as such just resting on the top

I really don't want people to think I've got nothing better to do with my time, but if you watch the other examples you can see the cap spin on the bottle 1st and then eject in a upward motion. Though granted the cap is probably not tightened on just loosely wound on a couple of threads. Although you never know, may Ellie had a custom made left hand thread bottle made especially for her?

Whether or not she's "unscrewed" it, its still pretty cool to have that level of control to only kick the cap off

Been doing similar for ages.

Back garden, stand water-filled pop
bottle upright.
Take PCP rifle, aim to just
clip loosened cap on right side.
Whee... off it goes.

Party piece...

Still day, stand a candle up
at target point and light it.
Stand butane gas lighter refill tin next to candle.
Retire 20 yards to firing point
aim to puncture tin.
Special effect*

You can clearly see the safety seal is no longer attached to the lid, so of course its been unscrewed as much as possible. Its also being held by someone so easy to kick off. Anyone could do it, assuming you're not morbidly obese and can kick above your own waist.
