My 2014 Triumph Explorer has them, but as my other bikes don’t (all older stuff) then it’s part of my turning routine to switch them off anyway.
I’ve used it occasionally, once to see if it worked and a couple of times i’ve glanced down after things like long motorway slip roads to see they’ve cancelled themselves before I did.
It’s not something I’d search out when looking for a bike anyway.

BMW’s have done for ages. Don’t think most Japanese stuff does. I’ve certainly never ridden
a Japanese bike with self cancelling indicators.
My 1989 FZR1000 had them, surprised your 'ace didn't, I think they should be fitted to all bikes as standard personally as I'm forever leaving them on.a Japanese bike with self cancelling indicators.
