996 cabriolet rear window fault?????

Hi,
I have just bought a 996 and I love it! Only issue it seems to have is when I put the top back up the drivers side rear window goes up to the closed possession then drops back about 2 inches. I can the close it again with the centre console button, doesn't always stay up with the first try of that either.
Is there a sensor that needs cleaned or replaced or is it a new window regulator?
