Passenger side sun visor can't stay up...any suggestions??

Hi Ian

No big deal, take it off by unscrewing the two phillips head screws under the cap covers. Pull out the pivot bars and squash the tube ends (which the pivot bars fit in) in a vice. Only a mm or so, until they are out of round. Reinsert the pivots and reattach to the car.
