Must have been under the bridge hundreds of times but never noticed them ! Two side by side and another 2 by the looks on the other carriageway.

Ok bit of time on google looks like I can answer my own question... looks like highways agency anpr cameras.

I imagine they are either ANPR or possibly a Trafficmaster.
