It was a money issue. The commissioning organisation had some issues at the time. I don’t know how it was resolved but just heard it was available online.

As far as I know, the 4 drivers weren’t paid. It was a chance to tell their story.

It is and was a film and not a series.

I have already alluded to the issue with the commissioning Motorsport organisation.

Anyway, watch it if you want to.
