I will be doing a VT on my 28 month old car in the next 4-6 months. Last week an intermittent fault has occurred on my vehicle which will be covered by my warranty. Car is booked in for the week after next. I have read horror stories where this fault may not be easy to fix and people end up taking th car back in for months on end. If the problem reoccurs when I am due to hand it back in, Will that be a problem since it’s under warranty? Will they stop me handing it in or charge me? Hopefully the problem will be fixed first time and I won’t have to worry anyway. Thanks

Unless it happens when they are collecting it / you drop it off or you tell them, how are they going to know?
