Best place to get car restoration gear

As simple as the title sounds I want to replace nuts, bolts, washers, screws, clips anything for under the bonnet I'd prefer to have a selection of things prepacked etc but struggling to find anything via Google. Any help would be appreciated

Your first stop if you're restoring a particular car is the owners club.

You can get "selection packs" on nuts, bolts and washers from places like Namrick at decent prices, in various finishes. I bought a UNF one when I was doing my car and it was surprisingly good - not just all the weird sizes they have loads of left over. As for clips and the like, that could easily be manufacturer-specific, so good point re the owners club.
