Hello all,
I am looking for a high end (top end) AV installer/supplier who deals with room treatments. I have a potential product for improving the video experience. Anyone here able to help?

I don’t personally do room treatments but have worked with a few. What specifically are you after?

https://www.cedia.org/

You can drill down to find an installer / country / region / home theatre via the drop down menus or contact head office and chat first

Happy to share insights and contacts, interested to know how room treatments can enhance video as it is usually used for audio.

Oh, and lots of really good installers don’t care to hoots about CEDIA or their membership.

But Cedia do throw a very nice awards ceremony paid for by your membership subscription.

OP asks a civilised question and gets some civilised replies.

Directing the OP to CEDIA simply gives the OP a shortcut to a directory of names and numbers to call and gauge the interest in the market. If you are not included in that directory because you choose not to belong then that is your decision and you are duly respected accordingly but it gives you no reason to be critical.

Instead you turn the thread into a personal vendetta reinforcing each other’s opinions.

And I don’t ever remember the previous poster being so dismissive when previously employed repping for an affiliated trade member of CEDIA....

Agreed, but it only gives a short cut to some dealers, there are good one and bad ones on both sides of the fence.
