Oil vapor / film.. V8 Vantage question..

Hi guys,

I'm new to my 06 V8V (a few months) and have noticed what looks like oil vapor / film on a few pipes and on the oil tank etc.

Is this normal ? I'm thinking not.. I cant see any visible leaks.

Your advice would be appreciated.

Try giving it a good wipe down and then see if it comes back anywhere.

It could just be a small oil spillage at a service which has then been wafted around a bit, or someone has been spraying some cleaning product about in the engine bay, to give things a spruce up, and they've missed a few bits when they cleaned it off.

I will give it a clean off, a run out and check it from there.

I have a feeling an oil hose may be weeping..
