Morning all,

I was wondering if someone can clear up the legality of driving a 3 wheel scooter/commuter (2 wheels at the front) on a car license. I have riden off road but do not have class A1, A2 licenses.

I do however have Class A with a 79(3), tricycles only restriction.

I have read there is a legal differentiation between some of these 3 wheelers to do with type approval (paggio LT models seem to be ok?)

I am 29 years old, license obtained in 2007.

As a matter of safety, i am aware its very different from a car. And i would get my CBT before even looking and then start bike lessons after that.

I just want to know if i can legally drive one in my current status.

Cheers John

Thank you! The paggio model is the LT that qualifies as a tricycle.
