Had PCPs previously but lease seems to make sense.

Understand with a lease it is usually best to look for the best deal over a specific model.

Budget of £200-£250 over 2-3 years with 10K PA. 3 month deposit ideally.

Need a decent boot and rear space. Any suggestions?

Best value recently was a Vauxhall Grandland X 1.2 SE at under £5k all inc over 2 years / 16k miles - probably cheaper to pay for the extra miles at 7p or so. Leasing.com is your friend.
