S type air con woes

Air con on my s type v6 has never worked since I’ve owned it so I’ve decided to try and fix it! So far I’ve replaced the DCCV, the climate control module and had it regassed. It no longer blows scorching hot air constantly but still no chilled goodness either!
Compressor kicks it when required but where do I look next? The air con fan relay looks battered so will replace but is there anywhere obvious I need to check?
