Hi guys,

Just wondered if anyone knew the owner and can put me in touch? I've read in older posts here that it is still around...

Thanks!
Matt

If it's still with carisma automotive Colchester the guy that owned and built it is Jamie shaw a good friend of mine. I lost touch with him many years ago I was involved in the build as well good luck sorry can't be any more help

It was widely criticised by the Cerbera owners at the time for being ugly and a dreadful crime towards Cerbera.

I actually quite liked it then and still do now smile

There were bits on it I liked, other bits I thought very clever, but other bit he went too far, but it was a personal choice. Showed what was possible, especially with the interior. As a marketing tool showing everything he could fit to a car, it worked.
Didn't it have some huge power claimed, 550bhp without NOS, 700BHP with?
Didn't he have it up for sale for £30k?

Trying to place myself in the car world about the time of this creation and thumbing the pages of some fast car mag in a shop and seeing the Cerbera for the first time I do remember thinking the interior with all those clocks was something of a pilots dream machine and really liking it as it was British and Cerbera fast which back then just represented fear to most people,,,, exterior a mess of ideas but that’s just another opinion which happens to be mine, I hope it’s still about and a reminder of very different times.
Everything seemed possible back then even if a bit unreliable biggrin

The car was sold by Charisma and ended up in Ireland a few years ago but it was sold again and went back to the UK at that time

Last time I saw it was at Bespoke in Ware a few years back for sale.

I think it still is for sale privately.

Not to my taste I must admit.

It's in the PH classifieds too, I've just added a link to the end of the original 2002 thread about the car.
