Topic unnecessarily removed

Dearest of mods,

I just posted a topic entitled "Any PH landlords - help me out?" asking for any PH landlords to take part in some research for my partner's masters dissertation.

It was swiftly and efficiently removed. Apparently this contravenes something or other.

Can we make an exception please? A number of posters had indicated they were willing to help. I'm not selling anything and I'm not some johnny-come-lately who's only signed up to flog their wares.

Sorry, no exceptions. You've broken rule 23 of the Rules of Posting
